Dr. Jacques Gaudet is a board-certified Otolaryngologist and Head and Neck Surgeon at Southern ENT. His extensive training in chronic ear, nose, and throat conditions has brought relief to countless patients, children and adults, at Southern ENT.

Dr. Gaudet achieved his undergraduate degree in biological sciences at Louisiana State University, followed by achieving his medical degree at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, where he was the recipient of the Georg G. Lyons Excellence in Otolaryngology Award, given to only one student of each graduating class.

He then proceeded to residency training at LSU, where he was awarded the LSU ENT Resident Research Award for three consecutive years for publishing scholarly research papers on endoscopic sinus surgery, advanced skin cancers of the ear, and laser microsurgery to treat laryngeal cancers, as well as novel methods for cochlear implantation.

Dr. Gaudet has a special interest in allergies, sinus diseases, benign and malignant thyroid diseases, function rhinoplasty, chronic ear disease, and hearing loss.

In his free time, Dr. Gaudet shares his time with his wife and two daughters.
