Dr. Patrick Spiller Biography
Dr. Patrick Spiller is an otolaryngologist at Southern ENT dedicated to comprehensive medical and surgical care of the ear, nose, and throat. Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, he graduated magna cum laude with dual degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette before earning his Doctor of Medicine at LSU Health Shreveport, where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He then completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at LSU Health Shreveport, receiving the Resident Research Award for academic excellence.
Dr. Spiller’s clinical expertise spans sinus and nasal disorders, hearing loss, balance testing, allergy care, sleep apnea treatments, including Inspire therapy, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, salivary gland surgery, pediatric ENT, and facial plastics such as rhinoplasty and otoplasty. His approach emphasizes clear communication and shared decision-making, ensuring patients are fully informed and confident in their care choices.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Spiller enjoys time with his wife and young daughter
